Questions about plans
What counts as an agent?
Each app you sign in, each personal key and each engine key connected to an engine is one agent there, whether it can read or read and save. Claude Code and Cursor on the same engine are two. Asking in the app is not an agent. When an engine has all the agents its plan allows, connecting one more is refused with the reason: invite a friend, or upgrade that engine.
Is it per person?
No. People are free on every plan, Free included. Invite as many as you need, as owner, admin, member or viewer. What a plan sets is how many agents connect to an engine and how much it holds, so each person’s own AI tool is one of that engine’s agents.
How do referrals work?
A referral counts when your friend connects at least one agent to a new engine of their own. Each one adds an agent to every Free engine you have, up to 3, and your friend’s first engine starts with 2. Once your Free engines have 3, further referrals add nothing more. How referrals work.
Can one engine be yearly and another monthly?
Yes. Your account holds the card, and each engine has its own plan, its own renewal date and its own invoice. Keep one engine on Free, another on Pro by the month and a third on Unlimited by the year.
What happens when an engine’s memory is full?
You are told before you get there. When it is full, a new memory is refused and whatever tried to save it is told why. Nothing is deleted: everything stored stays readable, searchable and exportable, and you can archive what you no longer need or move that engine to a bigger plan.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card, in US dollars before VAT or sales tax, which checkout adds for where you are. Upgrading an engine takes effect at once; cancelling takes effect when its month or year ends, and it returns to Free. Nothing you stored is deleted when you cancel.
